Registration to this forum is free! We do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below.
Although the administrators and moderators of Sunbeam Talbot Darracq Register forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Sunbeam Talbot Darracq Register forum, nor Xenoforo Ltd will be held responsible for the content of any message.
When you register you are required to give a small amount of information, much of which is optional, anything you do give must be considered as becoming public information.
You agree not to use this Forum to post any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or the owners of these Forums. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum and their agents with respect to any claim based upon any post you may make.
We also reserve the right to reveal whatever information we know about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by yourself.
Although messages posted are not the responsibility of this Forum and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. Advertising. The Forum is not to be used for selling goods or services by either trade or private individuals. Such requests should be directed to the Newsletter.
Please do not use the Forum as a method of direct communication with the STD Register. Any specific enquiries should be directed to the officers of the Register.

Rules concerning photos and other content covered by intellectual property rights:
Members of the STD Register who submit to the forum (or provide links to) any items that contain intellectual property rights (including copyright in still or moving photographs or other images, recordings etc) do so on the following conditions:
1. The member owns the copyright or other rights in the item and or has sufficient rights to allow its publication by the Forum, STD Register and or Sunbeam Talbot Darracq Register Limited (jointly “STDR Ltd” ) and grants an indefinite royalty free license to STDR Ltd for these purposes.
2. The member agrees that although STDR Ltd will take reasonable care of the item a back up copy should be kept so that STDR Ltd shall not be liable to the member for any financial damages resulting from the loss or damage to the item submitted.
3. STDR Ltd may use modify and edit any item submitted in whatever way including but not limited to reproduction of the item in its publications, web sites, exhibitions, press releases and third party publications.
4. That members of STDR Ltd may use the item for their own non-commercial personal use including reproducing it in another form and are granted an indefinite royalty free license for these purposes.
These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
